Shipping Policy
We are most concerned with assuring that your products arrive in good condition. Almost all of the products ship via USPS. FedEx or UPS will be used only if selected during checkout. Unless otherwise noted, please allow 5-10 business days for your stocked products to arrive.
All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Excluding Federal Holidays and weekends.
Orders placed on weekends or Federal Holidays will be shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Shulman Aviation within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in New and Unused condition and in its original packaging. Please complete our Return form and include a copy of your invoice. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Return Policy
Please open the box once your product arrives and check all of the parts. We can not be responsible for missing or damaged parts after 10 days. Merchandise ordered from Shulman Aviation by mistake, may be returned within 10 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in New and Unused condition, and in its original packaging. Please email us for our Return form and include a copy of your invoice. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus all shipping charges.
Any form of assembly, or modifications, of any material, is considered to be used, and therefore, non-returnable. If your item has been opened and you simply do not like the item, ordered the wrong items, or it just wasn't what you expected, a refund can be issued, minus shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee as we are no longer able to sell the product as new. Again the item must be in brand new condition. If your item has been damaged in shipping, refuse the package if possible. If you have already accepted the item and realized the item has been damaged after you have opened the package, please contact SulmanAviation.com immediately.
NOTE: We realize airplanes crash, for whatever reason, but we have no control over this and NO CREDIT will be issued for the plane, or other components associated with the crash!
In most cases, the original manufacturer requests that the customer contact them directly if the defect is found after the item has been used. Please email us for the manufacture’s contact information.
If you decide to return an item, please email ShulmanAviation@aol.com with an explanation for the return. We will then issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will need to be written on the shipping box. We CANNOT accept any returns without an RMA number marked on the outside of the shipping box. Return shipping and insurance charges must be paid by you, the sender. We recommend you use a shipper where the package can be tracked and insured. When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material, instructions and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if the product is not packed properly. Final approval of any refund amount is based on final inspection from ShulmanAviation.com.
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused item within 10 days of your original shipping date from us, for a full refund of the purchase price of the returned product, not including shipping charges.
For returns, please follow these simple steps: Please call 1.407.409.8070, or email us explaining the situation. 2.Pack the item(s) securely and mail to: Shulman Aviation L.L.C., 5441 S. Bryant Ave., Sanford, FL. 32773. 3.Shipping charges are not refunded and you will be responsible for the shipping fees necessary to return your product to us. Returns will be processed within 5 business days. Your credit will be issued back to the original form of payment used when purchasing.
